One of the prettiest frydeks I've seen in quite a while with loads of nicely balanced variegation. Some frydeks can get that tissue paper look to their leaves, but this one looks lush and velvety.
Micholitzianas are the stereotypical alocasia, where they lose a leaf the second they put a new one out. Even at corming size, they'll only hold 5 - 6 leaves. Once they get to be really mature, they'll hold quite a few more. Honestly, one of the best alocasias for beginners if you can get past the fact that there will almost always be one yellowing leaf and it's not because you're doing something wrong.
Note: Please consider purchasing alocasia for their genetic potential rather than specific leaves.
Most alocasia only hold onto so many leaves because of their growth habit. The leaves may change considerably from the time of photography to the time of purchase. ALL of our plants are sent with their SKU so you can ensure you got the correct one.
