Well-established plant with beautiful leopard-like variegation. Well-established roots and aerials forming. Plenty of orange and lime green. 

The aurea comes in pale red-green if it's under bright light conditions. When under lower light conditions, it may take a while to present. The pink, soft yellow, and orange come from sun stress.
